For a storage project

  • From 200 m², on industrial or agricultural land.
  • Close to the power grid.
  • Access for installation and maintenance.
PV

For a solar PV project

  • Usually from one hectare, flat or gently sloping and well exposed.
  • A substation or power line within reasonable distance.
  • Outside protected areas; on farmland, subject to each country’s rules.

What you receive

  • An annual rent agreed in writing for the full term.
  • No costs: grid studies, design, licences and permitting are at our expense.
  • The rest of your plot stays yours to use: only the fenced area is leased.
  • At the end of the lease, dismantling and land restoration are set out in writing.

From first contact to lease, step by step

  1. Send us the location

    The cadastral reference or simply the municipality and plot.

  2. We verify the land

    Grid, zoning and constraints. We tell you frankly whether it fits.

  3. Visit and written offer

    We visit the plot and send you an offer with the rent and terms.

  4. Lease option

    A first contract reserves the land while we obtain the permits.

  5. Permitting

    Permitting times vary by country. We keep you informed at every step.

  6. Notarised lease

    Once permits are granted, the lease is executed before a notary.

Frequently asked questions

Is my land suitable?

Send us its location. We study the grid, planning and environment for free, and tell you whether it can host solar PV, storage or both.

Is it noisy?

A solar PV plant is silent. For storage, the only sound comes from equipment ventilation, designed to stay within local limits.

Is it safe?

Equipment complies with the country’s fire and electrical regulations, with detection, suppression, fencing and safety distances. The project is checked by the municipality and the competent authorities.

Can I keep using my plot?

Yes. We only lease the area needed, which is fenced. The rest remains yours to use.

What if the project doesn’t go ahead?

If permits are not obtained, the option ends and you get full use of your land back, at no cost.

What happens at the end of the lease?

The contract provides for dismantling the equipment and restoring the land.
