Texts, logo, illustrations and design belong to Tierra Solar. Reproduction requires prior written permission. The illustrations on this site are representations, not photographs of specific facilities.
Data protection
Controller: Tierra Solar EDPK. Data processed: name, email, phone (optional), town, profile and message. Purpose: answering requests sent by form or email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: as long as needed to handle the request, 24 months at most. Recipients: only technical hosting and email-delivery providers, under standard contractual clauses when data leaves the European Union. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to contact@tierrasolar.eu. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or to the authority in your country.

Ethics and compliance
Our work depends on the trust of landowners, municipalities and grid operators. So we apply a few simple rules, without exception.
Zero tolerance for corruption
We never offer, promise or give payments or advantages to elected officials, public servants or grid-operator staff to obtain a decision.
Gifts and hospitality
Declined, or limited to low-value courtesy, and never during a procedure.
Conflicts of interest
Any conflict of interest is declared, and the person concerned takes no part in the decision.
Transparent payments
Every payment to a landowner is written into the contract and made by bank transfer.
Respect for procedures
We file complete applications and respect the processing order set by authorities and grid operators.
