Solar PV and energy storageFrom land to grid.

We develop solar PV and energy storage projects that strengthen the power grid, on land and rooftops that stay in their owners’ hands.

What we do

Four disciplines, one method.

Ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV

Our team develops ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV projects, from site survey to grid connection.

Grid-connected stand-alone storage

Battery energy storage systems (BESS) from 1 MW up to more than 50 MW, developed through to ready-to-build.

Project development

From land to ready-to-build: studies, permits, grid connection and contracts, on our own account or for our partners.

Land and grid connection

A catalogue of more than 2,000 plots and a close reading of grid capacity, to place each project where the grid can take it.

Energy storage, explained

Store energy when there is too much, return it when there is too little.

A storage facility takes up the space of one or a few shipping containers. No engines, no fumes: it charges and discharges as the grid needs.

Midday

The grid has energy to spare

Solar plants produce more than is consumed. The facility stores the surplus instead of wasting it.

Evening and night

Demand rises as the sun sets

The facility returns the stored energy to the grid, exactly when homes and businesses need it most.

At every moment

A more stable grid

It responds in a fraction of a second to hold voltage and frequency. Across Europe, grid stability has become a priority, especially since the Iberian blackout of 28 April 2025.

How we work

Six steps to a ready-to-build project. We take care of everything*.

  1. Site verification

Grid capacity, medium-voltage line, land registry, zoning and environmental constraints.

  2. Agreement with the landowner

Site visit, written terms and a signed lease option.

  3. Meeting the municipality

Project presentation and zoning confirmation before any application.

  4. Access and connection request

Application to the grid operator, under each country’s connection regime.

  5. Permits

Local permits and regional or national authorisations, depending on the country and land type.

  6. Connection and notarised lease

Connection agreement signed and lease executed before a notary: the project is ready to build.

* Steps, timelines and permits vary by country and type of project.

The team

A dedicated, professional, responsive and resourceful team at your side.

Our team brings together energy project development specialists: land, planning, grid engineering, permitting and contracts. We verify before promising, put the terms in writing and follow every file through to connection.

Project development

Land prospecting, negotiation and file management.

Grid and electrical engineering

Substation capacity, connection and sizing.

Planning and permitting

Land compatibility, studies and permit applications.

In-house analysis tools

Grid, cadastre and planning data cross-checked and updated continuously.
